What is the returns policy?

Our return period is 15 days, with the possibility of extension if necessary. To initiate a return request, kindly reach out to our customer service at info@ign-joseph.com, providing all relevant details pertaining to your purchase and reasons for the return. Once received, our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Please note: The item must be unused and in its original condition upon receipt. IGN.Joseph reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.

Refund Process and Timeline

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding your eligibility for a refund or replacement within a reasonable timeframe (1-3 working days from receipt of the returned item). Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, with delivery fees deducted. Please be aware that refunds for credit card payments may take up to 30 working days in accordance with credit card regulations. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties incurred during the return process.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us at info@ign-joseph.com .We will promptly cancel your order and issue a full refund. Confirmation of cancellation will be emailed to you. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order must be treated as a return.
